Southern Epilepsy & EEG Society Annual Meeting Please join us in beautiful Amelia Island, Florida, for the annual meeting of the Southern Epilepsy & EEG Society on May 30 - June 1, 2008. Educational Symposia The Annual Meeting will deliver two comprehensive Symposia on controversial issues in epilepsy. As in previous years, this meeting will offer a venue for learning and discussion. This meeting will cover a wide range of topics including one symposium devoted to the science of gap junctions and potential therapeutic developments, in addition to immunologic aspects of epilepsy. Epilepsy/EEG Fellows Program The Annual Meeting this year will continue the successful fellows epilepsy program launched in 1996. It provides fellows from national epilepsy centers an opportunity to present clinically unusual or difficult cases to an audience of epileptologists. The fellows can experience a discussion or debate involving specialists from several centers. To date over 71 fellows have attended the Fellow Program of the SEEEG Society.
